You help to ensure high-quality care and care for our patients at the diverse stations of our hospitals. In addition, you take over the careful care documentation of the patients entrusted to you. You will get to know different stations and areas of expertise in which you can experience your experiences and strengths in a variety of ways. The specially developed integration concept accompanies you with the first operations and ensures the necessary security. All necessary information is available for the respective application. You bring your technical and social competence to the implementation of our treatment concepts and provide future-oriented care, taking into account nursing knowledge and basics. Your use is made according to your desired availability on the stations.

You have a degree as a nursing specialist (m/w/d) in health care and nursing or in health and child care. Ideally, you have already been able to gain first professional experience in a hospital – we are happy about professional starters and newcomers. You enjoy the cross-disciplinary work on the various stations of the Elbe Klinikum Stade, possibly also across the site in the Elbe Klinikum Buxtehude. A high-quality care of patients is at your heart. You are flexible, have a high degree of initiative and can quickly find themselves in different teams. You always act sovereignly and know to apply your empathic skills. You are convinced by your commitment and a friendly appearance and are responsible for your tasks. Care concepts are known to you and you are open to continuous further development.
