Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Conception, development and implementation of a holistic personnel development strategy as well as participation in change, reorganisation and cultural development processes in close coordination with executives and executives Detection of PE measures from corporate goals, strategy and transformation processes Further development of competence models, development paths, talent management and young talent concepts as well as qualification formats for specialist and executives as well as junior talent Monitoring and moderation of workshops, dialogue formats and development measures Participation in the development of learning architectures and modern learning formats (e.g. learning journeys, blended learning) Support and advice of executives in development issues, feedback processes and follow-up planning Planning, organisation and evaluation of training, workshops and learning formats (in presence, digital, hybrid) including quality assurance of PE instruments Selection and control of external trainers, coaches and service providers

Successfully completed studies in economic, social or educational sciences, psychology, pedagogy or business administration with HR focus Multiannual professional experience in personnel development, design and implementation of PE measures or in comparable HR-related functions, ideally in the context of change or transformation processes Knowledge of modern personal development instruments and learning formats Impressed consulting and moderation skills and excellent communication skills High design will and safe appearance towards executives
