Leadership of a 10-person academic team and take over the role as Product Owner in an agile working environment Total responsibility for the insurance management of the AXA's private property, accident and liability portfolio Control the actuary modelling and pricing of insurance-related risks – including natural disasters (NatCat) – as well as derivation and monitoring of specific tariff and control recommendations Conception, development and implementation of modern, dynamic pricing models with the inclusion of academic findings, regulatory requirements and market trends Care and strategic development of rules for pricing and discount design, refurbishment and active inventory control Conduct sound portfolio, market and competitive analyses to optimize the profitability and risk position of the portfolio Control of the further development of the academic modelling and data infrastructure in close cooperation with relevant departments and interfaces Creation of address-oriented academic reports and presentation of the results for sound decision support at management level

You have a very well completed master's degree or a doctorate of mathematics, statistics, economic mathematics, etc. and you bring an education to the Aktuar DAV. You have at least 5 years of professional experience as an actuary in property insurance or accident insurance You bring experience in leadership of teams or as a Product Owner Deep understanding of academic methods, pricing approaches and technical control You convince with pronounced analytical thinking and a structured and solution-oriented way of working High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and communication – also in exchange with management and stakeholders You bring knowledge of German and English in word and writing
