We are looking for a large customer from the field of drinking water optimisation a plant mechanic as an object engineer Heating Ventilation Sanitation (m/w/d) for the site Taunusstein in the Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis.

In this position you are part of a fixed team and work closely with the object line. You take over the organization, control and execution of maintenance and repair work on the building equipment. In addition, you will take care of the optimization of existing systems and operating procedures, in particular in the areas of heating, ventilation and sanitation (HLS).

As this is a fixed location, no travel activity is incurred.

Implementation of small repairs and repair work in the area of heating, sanitary and ventilation (HLS) Support and control of external service providers in projects and repairs Collection and documentation of the work carried out Support for object management in the maintenance of reporting (monthly and quarterly reports) Analysis and optimization of operations as well as technical installations focusing on sanitary and heating systems Participation in the temporary standby service, including the use of a pool vehicle

Complete vocational training as plant mechanic SHK, gas and water installer, heating builder, mechatronics engineer for refrigeration or a comparable qualification professional experience in the field of domestic or building engineering, in particular in the maintenance and repair of heating and ventilation systems or sanitary facilities Teamability and good communication skills, especially in cooperation with the customer, the team and external service providers Joy in solving technical problems and handling the customer Class B driving licence for temporary use in standby services
