As an intern (d/m/w/x) in the area of Cross Tech, you contribute significantly to the strategic development of the business stream by setting innovative impulses with fresh ideas and new perspectives. You actively support us in the design and implementation of strategy, transformation and change management projects in the global context. To gain valuable insights into our future planning, you conduct market analyses and trend observations on your own. In addition, you prepare leadership, strategy and transformation workshops, actively accompany them and document the results carefully for further use.

How do you fit into our team? You are an immatricated student (d/m/w/x) of economics or humanities, IT or a related area and have ideally already gained practical experience. With strong analytical skills and interest in current trends, you are actively involved in our topics and you want to work regularly on site in Stuttgart or Karlsruhe. Your open style and pronounced self-initiative are yours, and you are fit in dealing with current MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint. Very good German and English skills complete your profile and there is the possibility to work with us as a working student (d/m/w/x) or as part of a final work.
