Complete technical support of an interesting portfolio Control of external service providers and maintenance companies, in particular in technical and infrastructural facility management Compliance with all requirements and regulations, in particular for maintenance, SV tests including associated defect eliminations and all Health & Safety requirements Conducting regular, quality-oriented object visits and their documentation via Ipad Budgeting and ensuring compliance with costs and revenues in the areas of TGM and IGM control Creation of regular reports, key figures (benchmarking) and documentation Implementation of maintenance and repair measures Monitoring of warranty periods and implementation of warranty management Development of proposals for the technical optimization of the supervised objects Cooperation with the Commercial Property Manager and other departments
