(Senior) Project Lead Retail and Supply Chain Compliance (m/f/d)

In the Quality Management department, you drive the entire value chain, from the factory to the shop, the connection of Compliance x IT. In close cooperation with the Compliance, Master Data, Sourcing Offices and Tech Teams, you coordinate the transformation of manual processes to future-proof IT solutions.

Interface Management: Central node between Compliance, Master Data, Sourcing Offices and Tech Teams

Compliance Protection: Ensure that our IT systems can reflect the increasing complexity of EU regulations (e.g. LkSG, EUDR, GPSR)

Digital Transformation: Identification of Manual Processes and Transfer in Scalable, Automated IT Solutions

Project Management: Conducting complex projects from conception to roll-out including definition of Milestones and timely implementation

Problem solution: Proactive recognition of obstacles and independent development of solutions to guarantee project success

Change Management: Accompanying the departments in the transition to new systems due to increased regulatory requirements

Education: Successfully completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in the field of Arts or Science

Professional experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in cross-functional project management

Know-how: Funded knowledge in project management and basic knowledge in the fields of IT and compliance

Process analysis: Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements (Requirements Engineering)

IT-Affinity: Understanding software implementations and structuring master data

Communication strength: communication of complex facts to Tech-Expert:inside and to legal laypersons

Enforcement: Target-oriented action in an environment with many stakeholders:inside and clear representation of priorities

Language knowledge: German knowledge on C2 level and English knowledge on C1 level
