Successfully completed commercial training as a real estate businessman or a comparable qualification Professional experience in operating, heating and auxiliary cost accounting as well as sound knowledge of relevant accounting standards and legal requirements Experience in accounting complex commercial properties Safe handling of common office applications (Excel, Word) SAP knowledge advantageous Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking Embossed team skills and a structured and independent way of working Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
