Work organisation and electrical safety: organisation of safe working procedures, production and application of operating and working instructions, and the release and control of risk assessments and test periods. Qualification and Regulatory Management: Ensuring the professional qualification of employees, selection and written appointment of electrotechnical roles and monitoring of electrotechnically instructed persons and implementing relevant standards and regulations. External company management and procurement: monitoring and coordination of external service providers and coordination of technical minimum standards for components, equipment, plants and services with purchasing. Planning, testing and commissioning: laying down technical planning standards, technical support for plant planning, as well as ensuring initial testing, commissioning and acceptance of electrotechnical services. Operation, maintenance and documentation: Responsibility for the safe operation and maintenance of electrical installations, deficiencies elimination and maintenance and audit-proof placement of plant, test and qualification certificates.

Complete electrotechnical studies (e.g. electrical engineering or energy technology) or qualification as electric master or Technicians. Multiannual relevant professional experience in electrotechnical operating and plant environments, ideally in energy supply as well as building and operating technology. Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, in particular VDE regulations, DGUV regulations, operational safety regulations and occupational safety. Experience in electrical safety and plant management, in particular risk assessments, testing and maintenance organisation, fault analysis, external company control and technical documentation. Impressed leadership and organisational competence as well as decision-making, enforcement, communication skills, holistic thinking and a careful, responsible way of working.
