The MEDICLIN Albert Schweitzer Klinik / MEDICLIN Baar Klinik combines three disciplines under one roof: the specialist clinic for cardiac, circulatory and vascular diseases, the specialist clinic for respiratory diseases, allergies and sleep medicine, and the specialist clinic for psychosomatics and behavioral medicine. The focus is on the treatment of sleep disorders and CF. The clinic also offers an interdisciplinary post-covid rehabilitation for the treatment of patients with long-term consequences of Covid-19. The clinic has 290 beds and has around 165 employees.

As a gymnastics teacher, you are responsible for carrying out and refining movement, gymnastics and therapy units for various target groups. Your goal is to promote the mobility, coordination and general well-being of your participants through targeted exercises. You work both preventively and rehabilitatively in individual and group settings. These include: Further development and design of gymnastic training programs, adapted to different age and performance groups. Instructions for groups in the field of prevention, fitness, rehabilitation and sports Individual support and advice for participants in the course of movement and bring them to everyday situations Conducting special courses, e.g. spinal gymnastics, sports groups of different content Documentation of training units and evaluation of training progress Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the training area Participation in internal training Worse handling of ill people Individual therapeutic treatment of mobilisations, further according to the knowledge of the worker Peripheral therapy offers (hydrotherapy, heat treatment, hydrojet, ergometer therapy)

You have completed training as a state-recognized university teacher or a comparable qualification Your experience in the management of groups and dealing with people of the most diverse ages is just as good as your empathy and value-adding communication skills Ideally, you will bring knowledge in prevention and rehabilitation sports and have the pleasure of integrating different movement opportunities such as yoga, Qi Gong, medical training therapy (MTT) or Nordic walking into your working day. You work independently, structured and creatively. It motivates you to pass on your enthusiasm for movement to others.
