Payroll Accountant (m/w/d)

For more than 35 years, AUDACIA, with its approximately 25-strong team, mainly manages clients from outpatient healthcare. Strengthen the AUDACIA team as Account Manager (m/w/d) (in full time, part-time with at least 20 hours/where possible)

You are part of our team with many years of specialization in the field of outpatient healthcare (arc practices, pharmacies, care facilities) You mainly take the pay and salary bills for a fixed client base, conduct the pay accounts, take care of the certification system, first write reports for the social security institutions and other claim groups You are a direct contact person: in our clients in all tax matters and are involved in corresponding consulting projects You accompany tax and social insurance audits All tasks are characterized by a direct, comprehensive and independent support of clients

Completed training for/m Continuing training for the specialist assistant (no “must”) Professional experience in similar position desirable Very careful and independent operation High social competence, communication strength and service orientation Secure computer skills (especially DATEV (LODAS) and MS Office applications) as well as affinity for digital processes
