Pedagogical specialist for extracurricular and classroom-related activities (m/f/d)

Description of tasks:

At the FöS am Knieberg, Oedemer Weeg 79, 21335 Lüneburg, a workplace for the 01.08.2026 A pedagogical employee / an educational assistant as a specialist (w/m/d) for non-teaching and teaching activities with a regular weekly working time of 18,083 hours, plus a holiday period (total of 21,033 hours). This job is not suitable for parttime. For example, the teaching staff should support the school by:

• supervised students during school opening hours
• Monitoring / supervision of pupils in short-term failures of teachers
• Professional applications such as music, nutrition, utility, yoga

Description of requirements:

Ideally, you have completed training for the state-recognized educator/educators, but at least have a pedagogical basic attitude that evaluates diversity. We require joy in working with students, reliability and team skills. Experience in childcare is desirable. The activity is assigned to S 8a TV-L. However, if you do not have training as a state-recognized educator/educator, you do not meet the personal requirements of this grouping and are therefore grouped into S 4 TV-L. Since, as indicated above, this is a fundamentally unreasonable period of time, it is already described in § 14 para. 2 p. 2 TzBfG. It is therefore in principle only possible to apply to those who have not previously been in any employment relationship with the country of Lower Saxony or who is currently standing. Educational conditions or internships with training character in the country of Lower Saxony are not working conditions. The Land of Niedersachsen aims to remove sub-representation dances within the meaning of the NGG in all areas and positions. Applications by men are therefore particularly welcomed.
