As a psychologist/psychologist or social worker/social worker, you are the primary contact person for psychosocial questions in the company and advise employees, executives and teams confidentially and solution-oriented You advise in stressful professional and private situations – for example in conflicts in the workplace, overloading, mental illnesses, addiction problems, separation, care of relatives, grief or financial emergencies – and communicate in further relief offers and control systems You perform crisis intervention in special stages of life as well as after stressful events in operation (work accidents, emergencies, etc.) and work closely with the firefighter, the medical service and external rescue and emergency structures You take over the emergency medical care and cooperate with the local emergency pastoral care, the crisis intervention teams as well as the church communities at the location for affected persons, relatives and colleagues immediately after the event and are available as contact persons in the group of colleagues in the event of serious illnesses and sorrows. You are for business integration management (BEM) according to § 167 para. 2 SGB IX responsible: You conduct the BEM talks, develop step-by-step reintegration plans, accompany the process as case management and document legally safe You coordinate the actors involved – executives, human resources, works councils, heavy-handed representatives, business physicians, occupational safety professionals – as well as external partners such as health insurance, pension insurance, integration office, rehabilitation agencies and clinics You advise leaders on health-friendly management, dealing with eye-catching behaviour and returning employees to prolonged illness You contribute to the risk assessment of psychological stress and derive preventive measures together with the specialist areas. You design and moderate workshops, training and information events on topics such as resilience, search prevention, mental health and dealing with crises You develop the offers of psychosocial counselling, the BEM process and the associated processes conceptually and report on key figures and effectiveness

Graduate of Psychology (Master/Diplom) or Social Work / Social Education (Master/Diplom/Bachelor with State Recognition) or a comparable qualification Advising additional qualification, e.g. systemic advice, coaching, trauma counselling or mediation, is desirable Qualification in occupational integration management or Disability Management (e.g. CDMP) or several years of relevant practice experience in BEM Experience in crisis intervention and initial psychological care as well as a qualification in emergency pastoral care or psychosocial emergency care (PSNV-B and PSNV-E), e.g. according to the standards of the Federal Association for Stress Treatment after stressful events (SbE) or comparable Practical experience in emergency pastoral care or in a crisis intervention team as well as in the emergency care for operational staff is expressly desired Knowledge of working, social and severely disabled persons, especially SGB V and SGB IX, as well as data protection for sensitive health data A long-term activity in the above-described position, ideally in the industrial environment High social competence, empathy, resilience and absolute secrecy, as well as a safe occurrence towards all hierarchy levels A high degree of self-sufficiency and willingness to design and the will for targeted teamwork in a multi-professional team German and very good English knowledge in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office and readiness to phone and video consulting driving licence class B Readiness to travel (day trips in the vicinity of Cologne)
