About the Operation and Logistics division A large number of processes run almost invisibly for patients in a clinic operation. These logistics, operating and supply processes are centrally managed, designed and optimized in the operation and logistics business unit, with patient care always being the focus. In the course of a transformation process, we redesign our structures to meet the growing requirements for a modern clinic operation.

Construction and management of the new business services department, which provides central support services for hospital operations (e.g. parking space management, door services, workshops, rental and car services, other infrastructural services) Responsibility for operational control, strategic development and economic optimization of the associated service areas Active participation and implementation of the ongoing transformation process in the business area Optimization of processes and structures to ensure efficient, economical and high-quality services Leadership and development of employees and promotion of cooperative and future-oriented work culture Ensuring smooth cooperation with internal and external interfaces Development and implementation of quality assurance and continuous improvement of services

Complete studies in a relevant field (e.g. business management, facility management, engineering, administration) or a comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in a comparable operational service or infrastructure department, ideally in healthcare, public service or in a complex organization Detectional experience in change and process management as well as in the control of transformation projects Analytical thinking and solution-oriented working with a pronounced hands-on mentality Embossed communication and leadership skills, negotiation skills and high service orientation Efforts to make decisions, willingness to change and ability to bring together different stakeholders Empathy, team orientation and appreciation of employees to shape a positive and productive work culture
