Engineering Career Starter Program with Sales Focus (m/f/d)

The special thing: You are consciously starting sales as an external service employee:in order to build the foundations of customer advice, need analysis and product expertise. These skills form the basis for your later engineering career. After completion of the sales phase, you will develop step by step into our engineering roles. Your tasks Phase 1 – Sales (External Service): In the first 24 months you build your skills and experience in the construction industry. These sales and application experiences are crucial for your later role in engineering and are systematically preparing for a technical position in engineering:

Technical advice of our customers directly on the construction site or in the planning environment - You are on the go for five days a week in the field of external services Know our products, technical solutions and digital tools Building a deep understanding of customer needs, construction processes and applications Implementation of product demonstrations, object management and support of specialist planners and construction companies Phase 2 – Development into Engineering: In continuous feedback talks about your target direction. Possible engineering paths include:

Sales Engineer Community Engineer Construction Project Manager Project Execution Manager Project Engineer You will continue to be individually coaxed and accompanied by experienced mentors:

Complete degree in engineering (engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering/plant engineering, building technology, utility technology, TGA) or equivalent engineering education First practical experience in construction, engineering or planning (practice/work student activities of advantage) Joy in direct customer contact and interest in technical solutions in construction Communication strength and motivation to develop Good knowledge of German and English Safe handling of MS Office; first experiences with CAD/BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.) are a plus – but no need to start valid passenger car license (class B)
