Pricing Manager (m/f/d)

As a pricing manager (m/w/d), you play a central role in designing, controlling and developing the operational and strategic pricing processes at the Turck Group headquarters. You work closely with sales, international national companies, product management, purchasing and production and ensure market-oriented, competitive and profitable pricing. The function requires analytical competence, systematic functioning and strong coordination – but without personnel responsibility. Control, coordination and success measurement of price adjustment campaigns Further development and standardization of pricing processes in the sense of pricing excellence Ensuring user-friendliness and efficiency of used pricing tools and systems Analysis of price, margin and discount developments and derivation of strategic recommendations Compilation, monitoring and review of price measures, special price programmes and target price systems Support for global key accounts and strategic offerings Coordination of relevant pricing issues between sales, product management, purchasing, production and international companies

Complete studies, preferably in economics or comparable discipline Multiannual experience in pricing or a comparable field of activity in the B2B environment Teamability and communication and coordination strength in international and cross-functional contexts Ability to analyze complex issues and to independently manage cross-disciplinary topics Result and customer orientation with analytical and commercial mindset High readiness and self-motivation for incorporation in complex pricing and process structures solid knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel), SAP‐BI or comparable tools; SAP knowledge desirable Very good knowledge of German and English
