Working Student Back Office Project Management (m/f/d)

You are involved in the construction and further development of back-office structures in the field of high voltage. You support the maintenance and updating of project accounts and project lists. You also create regular reporting and are responsible for document management. You take the preparation and follow-up of meetings, as well as the protocol guide incl. Prevention of measures. You support the project management in internal coordination with interface areas. You bring your own ideas to digitize processes and help establish modern working methods in the team. You will get exciting insights into the world of high voltage as well as in cooperation with adjacent departments of the E.DIS network.

You are currently studying business, engineering, IT or a similar subject. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in project management or in commercial processes. You have good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially in Excel. You work independently, structured and reliable. Digital solutions and IT topics inspire you and you bring a strong affinity for new technologies. You are interested in technical relationships and want to further develop your knowledge in an exciting project environment. .
