On two days a week you will be studying at the IU and on the other 3 days you will be at our headquarters in Cologne and will be directly involved in practical work You will get to know the full range of human resources management through practical deployments: from recruiting to personnel management to personnel controlling and labour law The focus is on your work in our personnel development From the first day you can introduce yourself to diverse and interesting PE projects and topics You support staff selection and support in training and management development You will get insights into the different areas and activities of our company, e.g. the Academy or the Marketing

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national.
