Together with your colleague, you will realize new construction and modernization projects of substations in the medium, high and high voltages up to 380kV and shape the path to achieving climate protection goals with our customers. Team management & interface function: You run and develop a team of project leaders: inside and are the central link between project teams and branch management. As a competent contact person, you are available to customers as well as internal stakeholders for all project-related questions and are building sustainable customer relationships at the same time. Project management & overall responsibility: You anticipate our projects, keep the whole thing in mind and make sure that costs, dates and quality objectives are met. You work closely with project managers, partners and service providers to ensure optimal resource planning. Success management & risk management: You bear the overall responsibility for project success, consistently tax target achievement and recognize risks at an early stage. Through regular exchange, structured project meetings and active risk management, you keep your projects on track. Compliance & HSEQ: You ensure compliance with legal requirements, standards and internal guidelines and ensure that work, health and environmental protection and quality standards are implemented consistently. Innovation & Future Design: With your technical expertise and enthusiasm for the energy transition and digitization, you continuously develop processes and project executions and shape sustainable, sustainable solutions.

Electrical engineering: Complete study of electrical engineering/energy technology or comparable qualification (e.g. state-tested technicians) with experience in high voltage and/or Network area Project and Leadership Experience: Multiannual experience in project execution, ideally in infrastructure or plant engineering projects, as well as in targeted management, development and the establishment of powerful teams from project managers Project Management & Organisation: Very good knowledge of project and risk management as well as the ability to structure complex projects, set priorities and assess assembly activities Security and entrepreneurial understanding: knowledge of occupational safety regulations and entrepreneurial and business know-how on economic project management presence on site & communication: You are convinced by strong communication and negotiation capabilities in exchange with customers and project teams. Very good German knowledge (min. C1), good English knowledge of advantage, driving licence class B as well as a high travel readiness for dates and project appointments on site
