Your tasks:

Your task Respection and further development of the IT infrastructures of the end customers of our partner company - both on site and via remote access Supporting users:inside IT questions, including bug analysis and troubleshooting in daily operation Consulting on technical questions and optimising existing IT systems at end customers Installation, configuration and administration of Windows servers (physical and virtual), security solutions and client systems Device and commissioning of new hardware and software components directly at the end customer documentation of IT infrastructure, changes carried out as well as the edited support requests and disturbances

Your qualifications:

• Completed training as a specialist:in for system integration or comparable qualification
• Experience with Windows Server Administration, security solutions, client systems
• Knowledge of network technologies such as LAN, WAN, VPN
• Confidence with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
• Experience in handling ticketing systems for documentation of support requests
• Very good German knowledge
• Driving class B |
