Junior Finance Manager Accounting & Controlling with international development prospects (m/f/d)

To give you the right “Handwerkszeug” you start at our International Finance Shared Service Center (SSC) in Kaufering near Munich. You quickly take responsibility for a selected Hilti company in Central Europe, shape the day-to-day business in Accounting and General Ledger, and act as a representative of the local financial management. You lay the foundation for your future career in the financial sector. Once you're fit in all accounting topics, after 15 to 18 months, you'll switch to a controlling team in the Central Europe region and work as a business partner for our management. Project management is an essential part of your activity – regardless of the role you play at Hilti. Leave your comfort zone, grow beyond you and continuously develop. We support and encourage you to learn new things. In the first 15 to 18 months you work in our Finance Shared Service Center in Accounting. There you take over all the tasks of an International Financial Accountant and, among other things, ensure the timely and quality-oriented creation of monthly and annual accounts. For our European market organisations, you are an independent spokesperson and savings partner in all accounting and financial issues. You will get to know our accounting processes and systems and support quality and efficiency improvements both in operating daily business and in projects. In the next step, you change to controlling and are a proactive business partner for the management and various departments. You'll start monthly reports, perform ad hoc analyses and support strategic and operational corporate planning including forecasting. Through your tasks in accounting and controlling, you will learn the necessary craftsmanship for a successful management track in the financial sector. At the same time, you build a sound business understanding and a strong network through the cooperation and management of various financial projects – the ideal basis for your further international career at Hilti.
