You work with internal project teams and take over your expertise as a project team member They plan in own power within the power phases 1 to 6 according to HOAI In the selection and contracting of freelance services, you cooperate and are responsible for the planning performance or partial planning performance according to HOAI They support the coordination of different construction measures with regard to interfaces They coordinate internal and external coordination with engineering offices and exporting companies as well as the BLB headquarters, OFD NRW and other parties They work closely with project participants and support department management through practical advice They carry out the planning, awarding, control and billing of construction services

You have a successfully completed degree (Bachelor/Diplom/Master) preferably in the field of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable engineering discipline.
