The core of the KZVK is easy to describe: As a community-oriented company, we work every day to improve the lives of our insurers, pensioners and old-age pensioners through an occupational pension scheme. This is achieved by our team from 331 employees through commercial smart investments – with a capital investment volume of € 30 billion – and with a focus on a sustainable perspective and long-term security. This claim to enable a good life, we also live inside. Our commitment is meaningful and human-centred – we have created a working environment that gives all employees room for action and strengthens their own satisfaction. The appreciation and recognition of the achievements of our employees are obvious to us and we support both the personal and professional development and the reconciliation of family and work. Both flexible working time models and our home office models help us to identify 95% of our workforce as a very good work-life balance. This combination of team support, clearly experienced values and the ability to develop creatively within this framework makes working with us so special. Design your and our future and support us as a working student (w/m/d) Alternative Investment Operations. Cologne – limited – part-time

Your tasks • Your profile • What we offer

You support the due diligence, analysis and support of Private Market Funds in the asset classes Real Estate, Private Equity, Infrastructure and Private Debt. You monitor the correct processing of information from investment funds reports, prepare evaluations and presentations and actively contribute to data management. Our internal database system keeps you up-to-date with portfolio updates. As part of your activity, you take the cash flow and performance monitoring of the investments in the portfolio. You take over smaller projects independently.

As a working student (w/m/d), you are studying economics or a comparable degree. The first practical experience in the capital investment environment or the quantitative analysis is advantageous. You bring good knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel) as well as good English knowledge in word and writing. Analytical tasks are fun – you convince by a pronounced number affinity and a structured and independent way of working. You like to work in the team and bring a high level of readiness and initiative.

You can find flexible forms of work with us in order to variably integrate the weekly working time from home or at work into everyday study. You will get training and learning opportunities to get the necessary specialist knowledge, but also to develop yourself personally. A structured onboarding plan helps you integrate yourself well into the team, but also into the company. We offer you an attractive hourly wage of €16.50 as well as our occupational pension (mostly employee-funded). The central location of our site – in the heart of Cologne – helps you to reach the KZVK well from Düsseldorf and Bonn. .
