Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

In this key position, you are the link between Sub Ledger and General Ledger. You take responsibility, bring your expertise and actively shape processes.

Support Sub Ledger & General Ledger: Because of your experience, you stand by your colleague: Inside the Sub Ledger with advice and action and take over tasks in the General Ledger Debitor Accounting: As a representation and in case of need, you participate in receivable management, explain complex facts directly with customers and tax sovereign debt collection and insurance cases Creditor accounting: In exceptional cases, you support colleagues in the accounting of creditors Interne Beratung: You are a specialist contact for other departments and help to harmonize the processes between Sub Ledger and General Ledger Project Management & Digitization: You accompany the optimization and international rollouts of our document management system and drive the automation of booking processes

Successfully completed commercial training or studies with a focus on accounting/finance At least three years of professional experience in accounting or auditing You have the willingness to reach the account holder (IHK) with our support and thus actively shape your further development at K2 You have experience in receivable management and document management systems You are curious, reliable and conscientious, bringing a pronounced IT affinity and are open to the use of new technologies such as generative AI Important are us knowledge of German in word and writing
