For an important manufacturer of windows and other components with our own assembly processing, we are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking management personality in the field of crafts and assembly. This family-run company stands for high-quality products, consistent quality orientation and sustainable growth on its own. In this role you assume the overall responsibility of the assembly organization in West Germany. You control and develop the field strategically and operationally, perform internal teams as well as external assembly partners and as technicians present: binding assembly and quality standards. As a business partner:in management and sales you have direct responsibility for earnings. The position reports directly to the management and shareholders and offers perspective on Prokura.

Your profile Technical background from studies (e.g. civil engineer, mechanical engineering, etc.) or craft training with intensive training and additional qualifications Multiannual leadership experience in assembly, construction or crafts organisations Found industry knowledge, e.g. in the field of construction or components High readiness to work quickly and in detail into new processes, products and areas Understanding direct sales structures and strong customer orientation Very high service orientation and strong empathy and communication ability at eye level Entrepreneurial thinking, decision-making and quality awareness Pleasure of cross-border cooperation Willingness to travel in Germany (days, regular meetings in the area, staff discussions)
