Administration and optimization of our Microsoft 365 environment, including Dynamics 365, EntraID and Intune Support and introduction of various SaaS applications Ensuring system availability and security Management of identity and access management solutions with EntraID and KeyCloak Build job management and mobile devices via Microsoft Intune Support for the entire infrastructure at the Pforzheim site (network, switches, MOTT brokers, telephones, conference systems, etc.) Automation of routine tasks using PowerShell or other scripting languages Monitoring and troubleshooting of systems and applications Cooperation with service providers, developers and support team to integrate and support cloud solutions Implementation of backups and recovery measures Documentation of system architecture and changes

Completed training or studies in the field of computer science or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 services, in particular Dynamics 365, EntraID and Intune Knowledge in managing and using SaaS applications Experience in the automation of IT processes using PowerShell or other scripting languages Confidence with monitoring and management tools for Microsoft 365 and SaaS applications Advanced, at least basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Problem solving skills and a structured working method Teamability and Communication Strength Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. C1), good knowledge of English
