Your tasks:

As a branch manager (m/w/d), you are the first contact person for customers, sellers and district managers. You always pay attention to the fact that the beverages Hoffmann meet quality requirements in customer orientation, product presentation and freshness and employee satisfaction.

• You are responsible for planning the customer-oriented personnel deployment plan
• You are responsible for ordering and stock management
• You opt for daily business operations and secure a smooth cash flow and empties
• You lead and motivate your team
• You are the first contact for our customers and accept complaints and complaints

Your profile:

• Ideally you have a completed commercial training
• You have experience in dealing with customers and have been on sale
• You go open and sympathetic to every customer
• You trade independently and are reliable
• You bring joy in the sale and further development of the branch
• Good knowledge of German
