At the next possible time, we are looking for a specialist in facility and area management (m/w/div.) in full-time (40 h/week) for our Hanau headquarters.

Area management, area development and equipment Fleet management: technical support for our fleet and vehicles of senior employees, operational data determination and evaluation, energy management Projecting small measures, construction and fire protection measures Cleaning management: needs-oriented adaptation and optimization Office furniture, ergonomic workstations, graphical preparation of the premises taking into account the ASR Cooperation and further development of our management systems Health protection DIN EN ISO 45001 and our occupational safety

Complete training or study in the field of facility management, building management, technical administration or comparable qualification Professional experience in these fields of work Organisational strength, communication skills and service-oriented appearance Technical understanding and basic knowledge in the field of construction, maintenance or workplace policies Safe handling of digital tools (e.g. CAFM systems, MS Office, MS-Visio) Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods and good German skills complete your profile
