Head of Units (m/f/d)

Discipline leadership of all Unit Leads and overall responsibility for the performance of the entire IT organization Control of performance, achievement and effectiveness across all units Design and further development of the IT organization (structures, roles, responsibilities) Building and establishing a scalable organisational model for cross-site cooperation (Germany / Romania) Active participation and further development of the international setup, in particular the Romanian site Ensuring clear governance, reporting lines and efficient interfaces between units and locations Translation of the IT and corporate strategy into concrete organizational measures and control of implementation Responsibility for a uniform management and performance management system across all locations Development of central HR processes such as performance management, talent development and succession planning Overall responsibility for budget, headcount and strategic resource allocation across all units Active design of a common, international leadership culture and promotion of trust, ownership and cooperation Support for transformation towards a product, platform and DevOps-oriented organization Close cooperation with CIO, HR and other executives as well as contributing to the further development of the IT strategy

Multiannual senior management experience, ideally in complex and international IT organizations Experience in controlling multiple organizational units or large teams Detectable experience in building and managing cross-site (cross-location) teams Knowledge of organizational development, transformation and HR strategy Safe handling of matrix structures as well as dual guide models (technical/disciplinary) Very good understanding of modern IT organizations (e.g. DevOps, platform or product-oriented models) Impressive ability to develop, align and empower executives Strong entrepreneurial thinking and strong prioritization and decision-making High communication strength and intercultural competence Enforcement combined with empathy as well as analytical and conceptual strength German knowledge of international cooperation
