In a regulated succession, we are now looking for a new Head of Finance (m/w/d), which, with financial accounting expertise, entrepreneurial vision and at the same time genuine hands-on mentality, also determines the future of the company. A completed vocational training/study in the field of business management, accounting or comparable Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a medium-sized production company Very good knowledge of finance Experience in managing teams and implementing change processes High analyseability, number affinity and digitization competence
