Projektmanager (m/w/d) Stolberg | from 01.04.2026 | Full time (38 hours/week) | unlimited Marketing & Consulting: You are responsible for the regional and strategic marketing of our products and services, including innovative energy transition solutions. You position our company as a reliable partner for the sustainable energy future of our business customers: New customer acquisition: Through an independent and proactive operation, you identify new market opportunities. You use existing and own networks to continuously win new customers and expand our business area Campaign planning: In close coordination with the team management, you plan, tax and implement targeted sales campaigns Customer support: As the first respondent for our business customers:inside, you desire cross-species, solution-oriented and with a clear focus on individual needs Contract management: You start tailor-made offers, conduct professional price negotiations and accompany customers:into the successful conclusion of the contract Cross- & Upselling: You identify potentials for additional sales and actively utilize them to create added value for customers: Internal cooperation: You work closely with internal interfaces such as energy purchase, product management or the energy transition area and secure a smooth flow of information Market observation: You follow trends, developments and competitive movements in the energy market and thereby guide strategic impulses for sales CRM documentation: You reliably document your activities, customer contacts and sales-relevant information in our CRM system

Complete university studies – for example BWL, economic engineering or a comparable degree course – or a comparable qualification – e.g. as a farmer:in, technician:in or master:in Multiannual experience in sales, ideally in the B2B environment and preferably in the energy sector or in related industries Safe in handling CRM systems and their efficient use for sales work Representative sales personality, communication strength, negotiation skills and a high self-initiative Joy of direct customer contact, appreciation for sustainable business relations and solution-oriented action
