Creation and control of care tours, including deployment and service planning Support for care management in all areas of service Implementation of initial discussions with new customers and their relatives Representation of care services in their absence Support in the creation and coordination of the service plan Promoting a good team together and ensuring a professional working Ensuring the quality of care in compliance with legal and technical conditions Implementation of care visas and advice to the caregivers and their relatives Regular monitoring of the results of the care process and adaptation of care planning Contact person for all care and cooperation with other Malteser services and external partners

A completed training for nursing staff (health and nursing staff) A training for the care service or the willingness to obtain this in-service A multi-year professional experience in outpatient care An open-minded, friendly and helpful personality in dealing with people in need of care A pronounced social competence and an empathic personality Readiness and motivation to continue to train Class B driving licence Good knowledge of quality management and computer skills (MS-Office, ideally Vivendi) A positive basic attitude towards the Christian values of the Malteser
