In our Real Estate Team you will accompany our customers: in all phases of their real estate and infrastructure projects - from the first strategy to transformations to transactions. Our tasks are as diverse as the organisations we advise: ministries, housing companies and international corporations. With innovative approaches, practical solutions and a strong network within EY, we develop sustainable answers for the most exciting challenges in the industry.

As part of our real estate team in Stuttgart, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg or Frankfurt/Main, you accompany large corporations, banks and investors: in the purchase and sale of land, real estate and infrastructure projects. You bring your extensive transaction know-how and real estate knowledge into interdisciplinary teams - customer-oriented and always a step ahead of the market. With modern technologies and innovative approaches, you take responsibility along the entire deal cycle and actively shape the real estate world of tomorrow. In our team you will take on a variety of tasks, including: Sell-Side real estate transactions from the creation of sales documents to data storage support and Q&A process Accompanying the entire purchasing process of large real estate and portfolios Implementation of real estate assessments Support in the creation of market, location and competitive analyses Conducting studies and offers as well as creating customer presentations

Studies in real estate, economics or industrial engineering First experience in real estate and safe handling of MS Office Very good communication skills in German and English (min. C2)
