Convincing customers and potential customers of the quality, effectiveness and economic processing of our products through back demonstrations and advice innovative implementation of concept approaches for new marketable products Consulting our customers and carrying out training of our customers' production and sales personnel Presentation and sale of our products and thereby support colleagues in sales in achieving their respective goals close cooperation with the external service and the specialist departments in the home Manufacture of finished pastries, desserts or ice cream and their presentation at trade fairs and conferences

completed training for baker and/or confectioner master Extensive knowledge of modern production processes in confectionery / bakeries, ice-cream production and baking industry; and comprehensive presentation skills combined with expertise, communication skills and customer orientation, independent work and advice as well as presentation of creative pastry ideas, desserts or ice cream Success and team orientation also enforcing, loadability and readiness to travel with readiness to stay overnight Good user knowledge in MS-Office
