Efficient quality management: You ensure quality through targeted quality control and control, are actively involved in energy management and take responsibility in preparing, performing and reproducing audits. You have a Bachelor, Master, Master, or are an engineer or state-tested technician (m/w/d) in the field of building or electrical engineering and bring multi-year professional and leadership experience. You have a well-founded knowledge of the relevant technical regulations and are able to quickly analyse and solve complex technical challenges. You have good computer skills, especially in MS Office and CAFM systems, and bring a high level of commitment, team capacity and service orientation. You show willingness to continue training and pursue your tasks with commitment and responsibility. You have a class B driving licence and are therefore also flexible in their operational capability.
