As Project Manager Technical Building Equipment (m/w/d) Energy & Building Technology, you take over the expertly-competent support of complex projects within the framework of turnkey industrial and commercial projects. They accompany the execution planning and act as a central contact for all TGA questions in the project. Its responsibility includes the tendering, awarding and cost and budget management of the building engineering works.

You have a successfully completed degree as an engineer (m/w/d) of electrical engineering, supply technology or a comparable qualification including a further education in the field of technical building equipment Finded professional experience in a comparable position in construction (logistics, commercial, industrial construction of advantage) You have well-founded expertise in electrical and supply technology as well as in relevant standards and guidelines They are routined in handling MS Office applications and project-related planning and costing tools They convince by above-average communication skills, enforcement ability and an independent and structured way of working
