The Internal Workplace Environment Department is an organizational unit within the Internal IT area of financial computer science. Their core contract is product management for the internal IT solutions (soft and hardware) that are used by all FI employees.

Planning, implementation and support in the provision of the Apple macOS platform as part of the FI’s unified terminal strategy Creation, Planning and Implementation of Changes, Updates and Patch Management Creation of security concepts, operational management manuals and technical documentation in the context of Apple?macOS Implementation of safety analyses and risk assessments Coordination of technical topics in cross-departmental and cross-departmental cooperation Takeover of responsibility in projects and 2nd level support in our own field Continuous development, implementation and implementation of training opportunities for FI employees
