Project Management AI (m/f/d)

AI/GenAI programs lead end-to-end: You control scope, budget, timetable, quality and risks and guide all stakeholders from PoC/MVP to successful rollout. Identify and prioritize appropriate AI-Use cases: You moderate structured workshops and develop clear business cases as well as roadmaps that deliver measurable added value. Interdisciplinary teams lead: you are responsible for smooth cooperation and reliable delivery. Ensure solution quality and operation: You minimise hallucinations, increase robustness, control costs and latency, set guardrails, test structured and overgibst clean into operation. Responsible AI and compliance are anchoring: You establish practicable governance and policies for human-in-the-loop and ensure auditability. Promote adoption and scaling: You choose suitable LLM/GenAI services and patterns, plan training and communication, track KPIs and value and support Presales with offers, estimates and demos.

Enthusiasm for AI/GenAI: You continuously acquire new knowledge about trends, technologies and tools and bring this energy into your environment. Multiannual experience & technical understanding: You have extensive practical experience in performing and managing AI transformation programs - from the first idea to PoC and MVP to the scalable rollout. Moderation, Mediation & Change Management: You have well-founded communicative and organizational skills and develop team development in AI projects effectively. Acting decisively and reflectingly: You act in a solution-oriented manner, meet informed decisions and keeps a cool head even in complex AI projects. Structure of AI capabilities at customers: You have real passion for AI/GenAI trends and support in building AI capabilities, governance structures, and sustainable operational models. Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
