Commercial Specialist Facility Management (m/f/d)

Our plant in Memmingen (Allgäu) is responsible for equipping electronic assemblies, microwave technology, final production, final testing and delivery of most Rohde & Schwarz products. • Commercial supervision of facility management including ordering, auditing, budget and cost control

• Participation in tenders, comparisons of tenders and awards of FM services

• Maintenance and monitoring of contracts, transit times and commercial FM key figures

• Administrative and organisational support of the facility management team and department management

• appointment, meeting and communication coordination with internal interfaces and external service providers

• Creation and maintenance of documentation, evaluations, reports and presentations

• Organisation and follow-up of measures, tasks and decisions in the FM environment

• Support for location-related topics such as moving, area management and special projects

• Ensure transparent, structured processes and continuous improvement of processes in facility management

• Complete vocational training in the commercial sector or comparable qualifications

• Professional experience in a similar position

• Secure handling of Microsoft Office applications

• Self-employed, structured working with pronounced prioritization and excellent organizational talent

• Strong team orientation and convincing communication skills
