Hundhausen has been using BIM as a planning process for several years. We develop the majority of projects through Lean Construction. We use Autodesk Revit in the calculation, planning and work preparation. Also, more and more BIM methods are required by our clients. In order to further establish and expand the cross-disciplinary collaboration in the building model, we are now looking for an experienced BIM manager (m/w/d) or BIM overall coordinator, who also masters the corresponding knowledge in both native software and corresponding test software.

Operational BIM Management / BIM Project Management: Responsible for the planning and implementation of BIM projects. Creation and optimization of BIM processes: development of standards, analysis and monitoring to ensure smooth processes. BIM quality assurance: monitoring compliance with the specified BIM objectives and applications. Establishing/optimizing standards in the modeling process: Introduction and continuous improvement of guidelines and best practices to standardize modeling processes to ensure consistency and efficiency. Further development of the BIM method: Development and maintenance of framework documents such as AIA and BAP. Optimization of quality assurance processes. Development and implementation of new BIM applications for better use of the building data model. Training and development: training of external specialist planners and sustainable development of the BIM working method. Advice and support: support for internal project teams in the application of BIM methodology, in particular in terms of quality, costs and dates. Development of guides: creation of manuals and guides for methods, applications and tools. Strategic further development: Perspective further development of the BIM strategy and integration of Lean Construction as well as sustainability aspects in the BIM processes.

Education: Completed studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, economic engineering or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: Multiannual experience in model-based project execution, ideally in BIM management. Technical know-how: Safe handling of common BIM software solutions, especially Autodesk Revit, as well as testing software such as Solibri or Navisworks and cloud solutions. Personality: Reliability, Responsibility, Teamability and Strong Communication Strength. Motivation and willingness to learn: High motivation and willingness to continue development. Communication strength: Enforcement and strong communication and contact capability, even in challenging project situations.
