(m/w/d) and several years of experience in rescue services Experience in the operational management of a rescue station Commercial or business basic knowledge desirable First experience in the leadership of employees Safe handling of Microsoft Office 365 High sense of responsibility and very good sensitivity High motivation and flexibility Organisational capacity as well as an independent and targeted way of working A positive basic attitude towards the Malteser's convictions as a Christian Catholic aid organization
