We are: Our young team consists of six project managers and system architects as well as two to three interns

We run international projects for the rollout of the Mercedes-Benz SAP Logistics Template and support the worldwide works in the launch of new vehicles

Our closest stakeholders include the operational logistics and production staff from the Mercedes-Benz plants, system analysts, process planners, various departments and the middle management

The SAP Logistics Template supports all processes from the supplier to the production line

Key Facts: duration of the internship 5-6 months, 35 hours/week; Working time with sliding time; primary office language German as well as communication in English in our international projects

We work in a hybrid working model with at least 50% presence on site in the office in Böblingen. Fixed office days are Tuesday and Thursday

We offer you an exciting and diverse internship in a highly motivated team. You can expect varied and responsible tasks that you will work together with the project team. Your activities give you exciting insights into the processes of large IT projects and get to know the team members quickly. Present and discuss your work results and action recommendations directly with different project stakeholders. During your internship, you will acquire extensive knowledge of the logistics network of Mercedes-Benz Cars, while you will gain practical experience with agile methods and implement your technical skills in a real project environment. In addition, the company offers insights into the processes of an automotive group in the form of information days, factory tours and other offers. During your internship, you will be assisted by experienced project managers and receive regular feedback to continuously improve your skills. Coordination of cooperation between different departments such as logistics, production and IT

Introduction to the development and standardization of project management methods

Support of project leaders in reporting to management

Moderation and logging of voting dates

Support in the documentation of processes and presentations

Active participation in the optimization of processes, methods and systems

The activity can begin from June 2026.

Studies in Business Engineering, Business Informatics, BWL, Logistics or Similar Study Course

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge of advantage

Experience in project cooperation and IT project management - Experience in project management (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)

Team skills in an international environment

Responsibility, commitment and communication strength
