As a working student (d/m/w/x), you are a valuable member of our team and supports us in a variety of tasks as well as projects in the field of occupational health management. In this role, you are actively involved in the preparation of surveys for our survey tool and assists us in the statistical evaluation of the results. You support us in creating a result report and a management summary. In addition, you will prepare the presentation of the results and develop concrete recommendations for action together with our operational health management. You support us in developing concrete health prevention measures.

How do you fit into our team? You are studying health management, adult education, (economic)psychology, business management with the focus on staff and/or health or a comparable course of study ideally in the master. You bring enthusiasm for the topic of occupational health management, ideally you have already gained first experience in the health environment. You have good MS Office skills and can quickly work into new topics and systems. You have basic knowledge of statistics and questionnaire design. You are characterized by open and empathic communication, a quick understanding and an independent and structured way of working. A high sense of responsibility for the tasks entrusted to you is obvious to you. You want to work regularly on site in Stuttgart with your team. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
