Technical Clerk Sanitary Technology – Office for Building Construction and Building Management

Maintenance of sanitary, gas and dewatering plants: You are responsible for the maintenance and technical support of sanitary, gas installations and the irrigation and drainage facilities in urban buildings and ensure their safe and economical operation within the framework of plant responsibility. Safeguarding drinking water hygiene and other test requirements: For example, You coordinate drinking water sampling and ensure the necessary immediate and remedial measures for legionella findings or germinations. Project management and plant modernisation: For smaller construction and refurbishment projects, you will accompany all phases of performance – from planning to implementation – and work together with external engineering offices. In addition, you support the development of refurbishment concepts for existing plants. Disorder management and readiness: As part of the willingness to call, you will also be able to provide the necessary response to disturbances and safety-related events outside the regular working time. You coordinate the destruction of technical installations or, if necessary, initiate the necessary external expertise and accompany their implementation.

Qualifications: You have completed training as a state-tested technician in the field of sanitary technology or master in plant mechanics with a focus on sanitary technology or a comparable qualification. The job is also suitable for professionals. Expertise: Their expertise includes the drinking water regulation, the legionella prophylaxis and the relevant technical regulations for gas, water and wastewater plants. A certification according to VDI 6023 category A and experience with tendering software are advantageous. In the digital working day you will find yourself well and use the current MS Office applications safely and routined. Competences: You work independently, structured and with a good look for practical solutions. Take responsibility for your tasks, set priorities and keep track of different requirements. Together you will show team spirit and communication strength.
