In order to continue to meet this demand and to create additional resources for our educational work, we extend our job plan and seek reinforcement for our educational team. In our stationary intensive group in Versmold we accompany boys aged 14–19, who need intensive support due to biographical, family or social stress. What we really do Our work is relationship-oriented, structured and sometimes challenging. It requires patience, clarity – and the ability to endure things without losing hope. You work with adolescents: need orientation, reliable day structures and a predictable framework for media use, addiction behaviour or withdrawal are key topics test the boundaries – and at the same time seek support This is not about “repairing” but about accompanying, stabilizing and developing.

Completed pedagogical training or studies (e.g. educators:in, social education:in, social workers:in o.a.)
