You support the management staff through the independent takeover of administrative tasks and thus contribute to an efficient daily business. You are in exchange with internal specialist departments and external partners. You keep an eye on open tasks, appointments and to-dos and make sure that important activities do not get out of focus. You support research, planning and coordination of ongoing projects and monitor the progress of the project. You bring ideas to process optimization.

You have a commercial training or a comparable qualification. (Industrial man/wife, merchant/wife for office management, etc.) You control the safe handling of MS-Office. Ideally, you bring English knowledge. You are convinced by a safe and open appearance as well as by team and organizational ability and self-initiative.
