Project Manager Instruction Manuals Part-time (m/f/d)

We develop audio products. In order for users to operate safely and intuitively, we provide clear, correct and multilingual user manuals. For this important interface role we are looking for a part-time reinforcement.

As a project manager (m/w/d) in parttime, you coordinate the creation of our user manuals – from the external editorial office to translations to the final release. You work closely with our in-House product development and care for structure, documentation and clean processes. In the medium term, you will explore how AI-based tools can make the creation more efficient in the future and then introduce these tools into the processes.

Coordination of all steps around the creation of user manuals Control of external editors & translation service providers Clean documentation, versioning & storage structures Ensuring compliance with standards, terminology and corporate standards Contract & Vendor Management Close cooperation with Engineering, UX, QA, Legal & Marketing Introduction and further development of AI-based processes

You combine project management with content management and communicate between the various departments involved Understanding the Construction & Quality Requirements of User Manuals Experience with external service providers (reaction/translation) Ideally interest/knowledge in consumer electronics Very good knowledge of German and English
