Technical Service Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibility: Technical topics between customer, service, technical service as well as other areas of expertise are coordinated and reliably brought to completion. You drive technical topics forward and are the central contact for complex questions in the service. Through the continuous development of documentation, work instructions and processes, you contribute to a high quality of service. You structure technical knowledge, make it usable for others and supports knowledge transfer within the service. If necessary, you identify training needs, tune content with internal and external training partners and coordinate their implementation. Recurring technical challenges you recognize early, analyze their causes and guide sustainable improvements. In order to stay close to our facilities and colleagues in the service, you occasionally travel to our customers and their construction sites.

Your potential: Your basis is a successfully completed training in the field of refrigeration, climate or supply technology, ideally complemented by a further training to master, technician or a comparable qualification. You have about five years of professional experience in service or plant engineering, ideally in the field of cold, climate or energy technology. Complex technical questions you analyze structured, take responsibility and develop sustainable solutions. You can easily communicate with different contacts within and outside the company. You can also understand complex technical facts. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in coordinating projects, technical topics or interdisciplinary teams. You have a class B driver's license and are happy to travel with customers as well as with your colleagues on our construction sites.
