Working Student IT Support

We are looking for a working student IT Support (w/m/d) for our growing group of companies with 20 hours on site at our location in Bruchsal near Karlsruhe/Mannheim/Heidelberg.

In this position, you support the daily IT operation and help in ordering, exchanging and configuring hardware. You are also actively working on IT projects.

Support in ordering, sharing and configuring our hardware (e.g. tablets, hotspots, medical devices)

Independent support of the hardware lifecycle: dispatch, administration and commissioning of mobile devices

Processing of 2nd-Level Support Requests

Working with IT projects

Student enrolled (w/m/d) in the field of (economic)informatics, engineering or a comparable degree programme

First IT experience, ideally in IT support or IT operation

Good knowledge of the application of Microsoft/Office applications

Communication talent and a structured and reliable operation

Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge

Faible for hardware, software setup and IT support
