Project Management Technical Building Equipment (TGA) Focus on HVAC/Electrical (m/f/d)

Planning & implementation: planning and implementation of construction measures in all types of buildings of LBBW according to LPH 1–9 of HOAI, with a focus on LPH 6–9. Planning examination: examination and monitoring of external planning and tendering and implementation of the measures. Analysis & Solutions: Analysis of complex relationships and development of solutions. Project work: Processing of construction projects and management Support of the project teams. TGA assignment: Overarching support of HLSK/E topics in the LBBW projects. Consultation: Consultation of the builder in difficult engineering questions and processes. Service provider control: control and management of external service providers/company. Technical management: takeover of the specialist building management according to §45 LBO. Innovation & Sustainability: Developing concepts for pioneering technologies/sustainability.

Education: Successfully completed studies in the field of TGA or state grade. Technicians or equivalent Professional experience: Multiannual professional experience as a specialist planner or project manager in the TGA (HLSK or electric), including an invitation to tender and management of construction measures. TGA: Very good knowledge of the TGA planning and execution (LPH 1–9 of HOAI). Interest in building: High affinity for building and interest in architecture and construction processes. External control: Experience in the control of external specialist engineers from different departments and companies. Project Management: Experience in the management/control of different complex projects and in the development and conversion of existing properties. Rules & innovations: knowledge of LBO, HOAI, fire protection, ASR and GEG; Interest for innovations and product innovations of advantage. Working methods: Structured and interdisciplinary working methods and high commitment, self-initiative and service orientation. Entrepreneurial thinking: Entrepreneurial thinking with a strong sense of cost and a high demand for the quality of performance as well as the acquisition of holistic project responsibility. Soft Skills: Embossed communication skills and enforcement capability. IT knowledge: Good knowledge in MS Office, MS Project, Orca and AutoCAD. Project Management Knowledge: Found experience in classical project management.
